This customer had never produced compound fertilizers before. After market research and introductions from major fertilizer groups in the industry, such as Stanley Group, Xinlainxin Group, and Yuntianhua Group, the customer finally found Tongli. After many comparisons, the customer chose Tongli as the general contractor of the entire EPC project because of Tongli's experience and project performance, its history in manufacturing compound fertilizer equipment, and its scale.
- Demand survey: Tongli first communicates with customers to understand their production needs in detail, including output, types of raw materials, product formula (ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium), production process requirements (such as granulation method: drum granulation or steam granulation) and site conditions.
- Process design: According to this customer's needs, Tongli's technical team will design a suitable production process and determine the selection of key equipment, such as crushers, mixers, granulators, dryers, coolers, screeners, packaging machines and other equipment.
- Equipment configuration: Tongli recommends suitable equipment configuration based on the designed process and customer needs, and provides customers with a detailed equipment list and technical parameter description.
- Layout design: Tongli's engineers go to the customer site and design the equipment layout based on the actual situation of the customer's factory to ensure the reasonable layout of the production line, including the connection between equipment, material transmission path and effective use of factory space. For example, if the customer's site is relatively narrow, Tongli will try to compress the space between equipment while ensuring normal operation.
- Budget evaluation: Tongli will provide a detailed cost budget based on the equipment configuration and process flow, including equipment purchase costs, transportation costs, installation costs, etc., to help customers conduct investment evaluation.
