Project background: Tashkent Conch is one of the largest cement production plant companies in Uzbekistan. In order to further expand its production capacity, Tashkent Conch decided to invest in a cement production line with an annual output of 6,300 t/d. As an expert in cement equipment manufacturing, Tongli Company provided a customized solution for the Tashkent Conch 6300t/d cement production line project, covering the entire process from design, manufacturing, transportation to installation and commissioning. We provided a full set of core equipment for the production line
- Raw Material ZJTL series VRM: The 6300tpd production line is considered a relatively large cement production line both domestically and internationally, so Tongli provides the 6000 tpd model ZJTL 5640 Vertical Roller Mill. In addition to the large output, this vertical mill is equipped with fine classification, which can accurately control the fineness and ensure that the raw material particles of cement production reach 80μm and the sieve residue is about 12%-15%.
- The Φ6.2×92m rotary kiln is considered the best choice for large and medium-sized cement production lines in the industry. The heat consumption can be controlled at 750-800kcal/kg clinker, which saves about 15%-20% energy compared to traditional rotary kilns. In addition, the kiln body uses high-efficiency insulation materials and an optimized rotation speed design.
- The finished product is ground using a 4.6x13m ball mill. The power consumption of the finished clinker ball mill is usually 28-30kWh/t. Combined with the pre-grinding system and optimized mill structure, the energy consumption in the ball milling process is greatly reduced.
This production line is of conventional design. Due to geopolitical conflicts and local environmental impacts, the project was delayed during construction. However, the equipment installation was completed in the shortest possible time, ensuring that the customer maintains a leading position in the fierce market competition. It also once again demonstrates Tongli's equipment manufacturing strength and technical advantages in large-scale cement production line projects.
- The whole project carries out processes from limestone crushing to cement packaging.
- The line includes 2 limestone crushing systems, 1 clinker production lines and 2 sets of cement grinding systems.
- 8 sets of cement bulk systems, 8 sets of clinker bulk systems, 4 sets of cement terminals.
- 2 sets of 22MW low temperature waste heat generator systems.
- After the completion of this project, the production line can produce 7.5 million tons of clinker per year, 9 million tons of cement per year and 225 million KWh power per year.
