The production process of the green cement plant uses advanced VRM technology and fully complies with international environmental standards. The process mainly involves the following steps:
- Raw material collection: The plant purchases high-quality GGBFS (a by-product of steel manufacturing) and recycles 300,000 tons per year. Significantly reduces carbon dioxide emissions and promotes sustainable development.
- Grinding: Using ZJTL 3630K Series GGBFS Vertical roller mill, the raw materials are finely ground in the most advanced TONGLI VRM mill, and the particle size is controlled at the micron level.
